RingSquared Company History

1993: International Telcom LTD (ITL) begins to provide enhanced telecom design firm specializing in custom voice and data applications.

1996: International Telcom LTD begins delivering telecom services to the SME market under the Kall8 brand.

2001: SwiftReach, provider of emergency notifications and incident management solutions, is created.

2016: International Telcom LTD acquired by SwiftReach Networks, led by CEO Kevin Alward. Alert Solutions is also acquired in 2016, providing cloud-based multi-channel messaging technology in the education industry.

2018:International Telcom LTD acquires the Dial800 brand, in business since the the mid 90s, to continue building out communications services, adding call tracking, analytics, routing, and integrations. Focusing specifically on voice and data solutions, International Telcom LTD sells the brands SwiftReach and Alert Solutions.

2021: In November 2021, International Telcom LTD acquires the Magna5 Telecom business, their fourth major acquisition, forming the RingSquared brand and expanding the services and communications technology. Offices and key infrastructure are now located across California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington.

2023: In August 2023, RingSquared acquired AccessPlus Communications, their eighth transaction in eight years. AccessPlus serves the greater Northeast region with fiber connectivity and other high-speed Internet options in cities throughout the Berkshires and Capital District of New York. This acquisition paves the way for RingSquared’s growth of fiber and fixed wireless services to business and residential customers.
