When managing employees and teams in multiple offices, it is essential to facilitate team building and friendly relationships. Recently, our quickly-growing RingSquared teams participated in some Field Trip Friday activities to share their local area and interest.
RingSquared Team Building
With offices and employees spread out in New Jersey, New York, Texas, California, Washington, and Oregon, sharing news like local events with each other is the key to building strong connections. And with the acquisition of Magna5 Telecom last year, there are new RingSquared coworkers to get to know now too.
For their Field Trip Friday adventures, employees were given several possible afternoons to get out of the office and share their trip notes and adventures with the company, helping everyone get to know their area and interests better. Trips included the zoo, hiking to waterfalls, natural history and glass blowing museums, historic downtown centers, long-running family farms, famous local attractions, and more!
