Cornerstone Family Healthcare has been providing care for over 50 years, focused on helping the underserved and those traditionally without access to healthcare with comprehensive, primary, and preventative healthcare services. With 16 sites to serve the community, Cornerstone Family Healthcare also provides wellness programs, educational health talks and support groups, chronic disease management services, health assessments, clinical screenings, and health coaching.
