Destination Options for Real-Time Events
Call Analytics – The data points and caller ID information that allows you to analyze calls and run reports
Call Tracking – The process of using static and dynamic numbers, along with tagging a call with identifying information so you know which campaign led to the call and can attribute it correctly in your campaign reporting
Filters – Filters allow criteria to be specified to determine explicitly what calls will generate the Real-Time Event
Integration – The process of pulling data from other programs into Dial800, or pushing Dial800 data into other programs
Open API Framework – An API (Application Programming Interface) is the set of requirements that control how one application communicates with another; our open API framework allows you to interface other programs, like your sales information in Netsuite or campaign information from Google Ads, into Dial800 or pull Dial800 data into those programs
Real-Time Event – A way of feeding your Dial800 call data into other programs
