How do I Change My Auto Attendant Voicemail & Recording?

Call the number below to change Auto Attendant voicemail and recordings:

East customers: 518-860-1985
West customers: 206-708-2562

Please Note:

If you are dialing from your UCaaS seat, you will need to enter “*” to log out of your voicemail then enter the phone number and PIN for the auto attendant.

Premium Attendant

1. When prompted for phone number and password, enter the number associated with your auto attendant and the password. If you need to change your password, please contact customer care.
2. Select option 1 – premium attendant configuration
3. Select option 2 – edit announcements
4. Enter the greeting number you would like to record.
5. Enter option 2 to rerecord the greeting.
6. Once done, enter # to save the recording.

Easy Attendant

1. When prompted for phone number and password, enter the number associated with your auto attendant and the password.  If you need to change your password, please contact customer care.
2. Option 1 – easy attendant configuration
3. Option 2 – edit announcements for business hours / Option 3 – edit announcements for non business hours.
4. Enter option 2 to rerecord the greeting.
5. Once done, enter # to save the recording.
