How Do I Access My Voicemail Box Remotely?

  1. Dial in using your access number OR call your number/DID (Direct Inward Dialing line).
  2. When the Voicemail picks up, press the * key on your phone. This button should be located at the bottom-left of the number pad.
  3. Enter the pin to your Voicemail for access.
