E911 stands for Enhanced 911, and it’s the part of the 911 system that automatically ties a location to the call—whether it’s a specific address or coordinates.

E911 is a data base of addresses attached to non-landline phones. It allows emergency services to locate you when using VoIP (Voice over IP) Services

How do I verify my address is correct?

RingSquared customers can dial 933 from their VoIP phone to check the address associated with their phone number. When dialing 933 you will get a recording with the address on file for the line you called from.

What should I do if my address is incorrect?

If the address for your phone number is incorrect, please contact the RingSquared support team with your account information and the correct address so RingSquared can correct it in the E911 database, or call 800-427-Ring.
