How Do I Transfer Calls on a Yealink T31P Desktop Phone?

There are three ways you can transfer calls on a Yealink T31P VoIP phone: a blind transfer, a semi-attended transfer, or an attended transfer. The steps below walk you through transferring a call using each option.

Yealink Blind Transfer

1. Press the Trans soft key during the call
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to
3. Press the B Trans soft key

Yealink Semi-Attended Transfer

1. Press the Trans soft key during the call
3. Enter the number you want to transfer to and press the Send soft key
4. Press the Trans soft key when you hear the ring-back tone

Yealink Attended Transfer

1. Press the Trans soft key during the call
2. Enter the number you want to transfer to and press the Send soft key
3. Press the Trans soft key when the second party answers
