How do I Configure My Phone’s Soft and Hard Keys?
- Login into the User Portal: East User Portal or West User Portal.
- After signing in, scroll to the bottom. Click “Devices” under “Personal Details”.
- Hit the “set keys” button.
- Hit the “Edit” button associated with the phone which you need to make configuration changes to.
- Select the key(s) you need to configure and populate the necessary information.
- Once you are finished configuring your keys, hit the “Save changes” button at the bottom-right of the menu.
Access CommPortal & Other RingSquared Client Portals
You can access all of RingSquared’s online client portals from the Client Portals page. This includes CommPortal, the billing and invoice system, customer notifications, and more.
