How Do I Block Calls from a Specific DID?

  1. Login into the User Portal: East User Portal or West User Portal.
  2. Click the “Call Settings” button at the bottom.
  3. Click the “Call Blocking” drop-down.
  4. Check the box next to the DID you would like to block calls from.
  5. Click “Apply” after selecting the DID(s) then “Close”.
